The LABC East Midlands Awards took place at the Athena Cinema in Leicester on Friday 6 July 2018 and were hosted by Escape to the Country presenter and radio broadcaster Nicki Chapman.
The winning project team of Dukeries Home Ltd and Vertical Edge Design attended the evening and all were extremely proud to collect this prestigious award.
The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) is the largest building control provider in England and Wales and is split into 12 regions, each of which holds their own awards. The LABC Building Excellence Awards recognise quality constructed, unique and exceptionally designed properties and achievements in the construction industry. They also reward outstanding companies, and partnerships and individuals that go that extra mile.
